King airway

So I was told yesterday by Jan (flight nurse) that King airways can't be used in kids. Am I making this up, or didn't Dr. Fales say during ACLS that the local EMS had started to use them in kids recently?

If I remember correctly, there were more than 2 sizes of King airway by the color code. Presumably, the smallest might be usable on a peds patient, but I'm not sure about that. It would stand to reason, though, that the manufacturer would have made at least some sizes for kids.

There were three sizes of king airway. I don't recall if the smallest can be used in a kid.
